What should my gas cylinder look like when it is delivered to me?
- Cylinder should be free of dirt/grime
- White plastic tamper proof seal will be present and secure (as shown in picture)
- Barcode clearly visible (as shown in picture)
- Batch tag present and not damaged 9as shown in picture)
Is there an expiry date on the gas cylinder?
- There is no expiry on the actual gas itself and may be used at any time. However, we recommend swapping out any unused cylinders for brand new ones every 2 years.
How often should my regulator be serviced?
- We recommend all regulators be serviced and/or calibrated annually. It is the responsibility of the customer to organise this. Enquire with us with regards to what regulators can be serviced by BOC.
